Homework is an integral part of the learning process. It not only reinforces concepts we are learning in class, but also teaches organization and responsibility.  All work should be written in pencil and coloring should be done with crayons. Homework should be completed after school or early in the evening. Taking an active role in discussing and checking your child’s homework for neatness and accuracy before it is returned to school is vital. Reading with your child on a daily basis is imperative to reading success. Remember that we are setting the stage for your child’s outlook towards homework.
